    Four runs into the use of my new asthma inhaler, I achieved my personal best time on my morning run.  It was only ten seconds better, on a two mile run, but considering that I had been nearly two *minutes* behind that time the week before, I’m feeling pretty damned good about it!


    I can’t say for sure that my performance recovery is wholly due to the asthma medication, but it’s quite certain that it’s making my running easier and more pleasant!  I still have the occasional wheeze, but my chest-tightness is all but gone, and I’m just not working as hard to breathe.  It’s glorious…
